Liasse Fiscale Tunisie: Desktop application for Tunisian fiscal XML generation
1. Introduction
Key Software ("we", "our", or "us") develops Liasse Fiscale Tunisie ("the Application"), a desktop application designed to help Tunisian businesses generate fiscal declaration files (XML format) fully compliant with the official XSD schemas of the Tunisian tax administration.
This Privacy Policy explains that the Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. All data including fiscal information, company details, and financial statements, remains strictly on your own device.
2. Data Collection – None
The Application does not collect any personal data. Period. We never receive, store, or process any information related to you or your business on external infrastructure.

We cannot access your data. No internet transmission occurs, and there are no background uploads.
4. License System – Fully Offline
License validation is performed entirely offline using cryptographic checks. No data leaves your computer during this process.
- During license installation you provide: Company name, email address, and matricule fiscal.
- This information is used only to validate the license locally on your machine and to match the license file to your business credentials.
- No data is transmitted to Key Software, external servers, or any third party.
- The license validation does not require an internet connection.
Your license information is stored locally as part of the encrypted license file, and it is never transmitted or shared. We do not maintain any central database of license holders.
5. No Third-Party Services
The Application does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect or transmit data, including:
- Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo)
- Crash reporting (e.g., Sentry, Bugsnag, Crashlytics)
- Cloud storage or backup services (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)
- Advertising networks or remarketing tools
- Social media integrations
- External error logging
Because we use no third-party components that communicate externally, there is no risk of indirect data leakage.
6. Internet Connectivity
The Application does not require an internet connection. All features work completely offline from the moment of installation:

- Sharing with affiliates, partners, or third-party vendors
- Transferring personal data across international borders
- Responding to third-party data requests (no data exists on our systems)
8. Your Responsibilities
Since all data remains on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your fiscal records. We recommend you:
- Regularly back up vos
.liasseproject files and generated XML files to a secure external drive or encrypted storage. - Secure your device with strong access controls (passwords, disk encryption, updated antivirus software).
- Comply with Tunisian data protection laws regarding fiscal data retention and processing obligations under your control.
Key Software cannot recover lost or corrupted projects because we never receive copies of your data. Keep backups in a safe environment.
9. Children's Privacy
The Application is intended for professional business use by authorized representatives of Tunisian companies (tax filers, accountants, financial managers). It is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect clarifications or improvements. Any changes will be communicated through:

12. Legal Compliance (Tunisia)
This Application operates in full compliance with Tunisian fiscal legislation and respects the principles of data minimization. As we do not collect any personal data, no specific declaration to the Tunisian data protection authority (INPDP – Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles) is required. Furthermore, the Application does not perform any cross-border data transfer, keeping all fiscal records under Tunisian jurisdiction on the user’s own hardware.
Users remain responsible for the legality of the fiscal data they enter and for ensuring proper declarations to the tax authorities via the TEJ platform (where XML files are manually uploaded by the user).
